Only committing for a few minutes doesn't look impressive.

But it's one of my favorite strategies!

So many times I’ve started something “just for 5 minutes" and ended up finishing it. And at a better standard than expected.

Yes!! One of the tools I use with kids is to ask them how long they think it will take and then have them time themselves. Once they realize it’s less time than they think, the task feels less daunting.

With that said, I have yet to be able to 5 minutes of work out. 🤦🏻‍♀️😂

I do Pilates, and I stay consistent because I’m paying for it. That’s honestly my only tip 😄

I do too, only once a week with my husband. Yes, paying for it and having someone to go with. We've been able to keep that up. But at home on my own, not easy.
