Thanks for the mediation, I'll use it today.

Also... sometimes it feels like I'm at the bottom of a well and I have no way to climb out. I don't know if that's an odd way to describe the situation 🤔 😁

But, anyway, taking a few minutes to calm my nervous system before doing anything always helps.

That feeling where you can’t get out of the well…I know it well. Perhaps meditation on visualizing climbing out of the well, what do you see? Get curious and getting to the root of it. Often I find that what I need is to stop and do something nourishing for myself.
