Work with Ann

“I feel like I can finally breathe.”

That’s what I hear consistently from the parents after they’ve worked with me.

They are the same parents who once:

  • Tried to organize by themselves but the clutter kept coming back

  • Tried different storage containers but the mess continued to grow

  • Tried to involve the family but ended up more frustrated

  • Tried using rewards but spent more time negotiating

  • Tried using consequences but created more power struggle

If that sounds like you, I applaud the effort you've already put in. It takes a lot to keep trying. And I'm glad you found me. I genuinely love this work and the families I get to do it with. It’s an honor to be part of bringing relief to a home that needs it.

Here’s one family’s story:

If you found yourself after watching that, wondering if that could be your story, the answer is: Absolutely."

I also know that investing your time, money, and energy into something for your family isn’t a decision to take lightly — and it shouldn’t be. You deserve to feel confident and clear about what you’re choosing.

Like I mentioned earlier, I take a lot of pride in how I work with families. To me, you are opening up to me the 2 most precious things in your life: Your home and your children.

This is a decision to put your trust in someone to guide you in areas where you may have been hard on yourselves or on your children — areas that perhaps felt heavy with shame, guilt, and fear.

Here’s the truth. I’ve been there myself.

My relationship with my husband and children, my own emotional and physical wellbeing, were once burdened by the impacts of clutter. Especially when I was operating on little sleep and doing my best to handle the ever changing needs of my children, surviving felt like a more accurate description than keeping up with it all.

But looking from the other side of it, every time I hear someone say that they’re “constantly” tidying up their home, or that they feel defeated when the systems they worked hard to put in place fell apart faster than they expected, I think the same thing every time:

They haven’t failed. They just haven’t matched their home’s skillset and motivation to the right method* yet.

And having had a lot of success with my family and those who took the step to work with me, I am most proud of being able to offer the kind of gentle, judgment-free guidance that even little kids can participate in ways that build them up.

*I’m a certified master-level KonMari consultant. After working almost exclusively with families, I have developed my own connection-first approach that respects the needs of young children, and have incorporated play and creative solutions into our sessions.

What’s it like to work with me

  • I take the time to understand how your family actually uses your home — your strengths, and where you could use more support

  • Together we troubleshoot the areas where clutter keeps piling up, so we can address the habit, not just the mess

  • Your family makes the decluttering decisions, building confidence in choosing what fits and shopping with that same intention going forward

  • We organize with purpose — so everyone can find what they need and actually put it back, and maintenance no longer relies on one person

  • I help your family shift from tension and negotiating around clutter to having more room to enjoy taking care of the home together

  • You learn to use connection to develop internal motivation and cooperation so you can experience more simple joys of life with your family

New York in-person session ($575)

Seeing is believing. I get pumped to work in homes because I can visualize the transformation before we even begin. During the 3-hour session, I roll up my sleeves and work alongside you and your family — listening, problem solving creatively, and making sure everyone feels part of the process.

We will start with a free 30-minute consultation and make sure your goals are understood and everyone’s on the same page.

I’m available to work in Lower and Midtown Manhattan, Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, Park Slope, Downtown Brooklyn, and DUMBO. Outside of these areas can be arranged for additional fees.

Extended hours are charged by the hour. We will always use whatever containers you have, and only make recommendations when it’s necessary. I also share furniture and layout advice too if they’re the right solutions for your home.
